THE WORK:
- You'll prepare comprehensive scopes of work and detailed RFP packages.
- You'll have strong knowledge of manufacturing lines, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- You'll manage and track project correspondence, RFIs, change orders, and documentation.
- You'll administer the construction contract from inception through project closeout.
- you'll prepare and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
- you'll oversee payment applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- You'll obtain permits and coordinate project closeout with local building and engineering officials.
- You'll manage construction schedules, anticipate long-lead items, and identify critical paths.
- You'll lead subcontractor engagement to maintain commitment and project momentum.
- You'll monitor site health, safety compliance, and enforce OSHA standards.
- You'll conduct Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and issue meeting minutes.
- You'll review job site progress for quality, specification conformance, and timely delivery.
- You'll report to senior leadership on project cost, schedule, risk, and quality performance.
$140,000 - $160,000 a year
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management
- Experience working in hyper-scale data centers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook

- Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
