As part of Pursuit + Reputation Marketing team, this Project Management (PM) professional will play a key role in helping to deliver a high-quality, results-driven Awards + Rankings program to position Accenture as the leader across the categories we want to own. You will work with an integrated, collaborative, globally connected team of innovative M+C (Marketing + Communications) experts to elevate our brand and advance Accenture’s reputation as an industry of one.

Here is a list of the key responsibilities:
· Coordinate outreach to priority awards and rankings organizations for key dates and activity.
· Track key dates and publisher announcements for assigned recognitions, maintaining visibility across the team.
· Conduct desk research, including media scans for rankings coverage, peer, competitor and client performance and participation.
· Support outreach to Accenture teams to ensure capture of the most strategic priorities around the world – by MU, industry and other categories to be defined. Maintain Accenture’s Awards + Rankings key contacts and distribution lists.
· Maintain accurate data and information captured in a series of digital assets: the Awards + Rankings Knowledge Base, the Awards + Rankings Teams site, the Awards + Rankings Pipeline, Monday.com and more. Attention to detail is essential.
· Champion technology solutions such as Monday.com and SynOps that enable project and workflow management across the Pursuit + Reputation Marketing team, M+C function and with key business partners outside M+C. Modify existing tools and templates to solve new problems and challenges.
· Support awards and rankings results capture and sharing across several areas, including annual Board presentations, annual reporting initiatives (e.g., Annual Report, Proxy Statement, etc.), ad-hoc GMC meeting materials, M+C Monthly Wrap Up, Good Morning Accenture, Accenture.com and more.
· Organize meetings, compile status leveraging award and ranking tracking, and update task progress.
· Monitor rankings.accenture.com mailbox.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required, project management qualifications a plus
· 1-2 years project manager/coordinator and some marketing experience
Experience and Skills:
· Competent with Monday.com and ability to adapt to new technology at speed, including AI, SynOps, etc.
· Competent with MS Office tools, including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint (Design and formatting skills required)
· Competent project management skills: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling/Monitoring, and Closing projects
· Some knowledge of marketing principles and channels
· Excellent English level: written communications, oral communications at a professional level a plus
· Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
· Self-starter and strong interpersonal skills
· Contribute with professional, detailed work as part of a dynamic and flexible team
