The Paid Media Analyst will support the implementation of paid social campaigns and the quality assurance of the different types of content required for their implementation. Will work cross-functionally with Paid Social Media Strategists and Senior Analysts supporting all applicable initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and setup of paid social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Help in the process of optimizing ongoing campaigns by adjusting targeting, budget, bids, and creative assets based on performance data.
Assist in daily monitoring the performance of paid campaigns, tracking key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
Compile performance reports, summarizing key insights and metrics to share with the team and stakeholders.
Work with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives (images, copy, video) align with campaign goals and are optimized for each platform.
Support the execution of A/B tests to experiment with different ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
Conduct research to identify trends, new features, and best practices in paid social advertising.
Take part in training sessions and workshops to build a deeper understanding of paid social advertising tools, platforms, and strategies.
Collaborate with other members to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under or overspending.
Provide analysis of results and optimization ideas for the paid social campaigns.
Align with media account teams to fully understand client needs.
Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the social landscape.
Fundamental knowledge of paid social metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign components, and marketing funnel dynamics (upper, mid, and lower stages).

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Digital Advertising and general knowledge of Digital Marketing environment.
Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in advertising.
Good English communication level C1 and above.
Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products (Microsoft in general).
Experience in Digital Advertising and general knowledge in Paid Social (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Working in a data-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks under tight deadlines.
Required Experience
Minimum 1 years’ proven experience in digital marketing platforms and/or marketing automation tools.
Excellent administrative and documentation skills.
Data Base experience required.
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through and self-organize.
Deal with a large volume of requests.
A team player who can prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
