By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way, in Bucharest/Brasov office or work from home for other locations.
How you'll make an impact:
Manage end-to-end administrative process for the internal needs posting, preselecting candidates, scheduling phone and face-to-face interviews;
Manage the incoming requests from the Recruiting Services Group Mailbox;
Post job positions on internal and external job markets and send confirmations; Manage open positions in and update the Internal Tracker;
Manage applicant communication;
Perform daily screening of incoming applications;
Evaluate applicants if they meet the position requirements and reject candidates if the minimum requirements are not met;
Follow up with the candidates selected if there are missing documents;
Forward the documents to the hiring manager if minimum requirements are met;
Collect feedback from the hiring manager, schedule meetings with the candidates remained on shortlisted potential employees;
Provide feedback to the selected and rejected candidates;
Manage all the daily requests and is responsible for the KPIs are met;
Provide figures regarding the recruitment activity for the weekly reports.
Skills that make your work successful:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or comparable;
Good level of English & French ( B2-C1);
Excellent Microsoft Office skills;
Ideally previous experience in a corporate environment;
Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
Excellent interpersonal, intercultural, and organizational skills;
Self-starter, quick learner mentality, and team player spirit;
Sensitive to intercultural differences, corporate politics, and confidential data.
