Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, maintaining a focus on quick time-to-market while aligning with the overall business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in product management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Product Development Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs. - Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. - Ability to create and manage product roadmaps effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Product Development Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
