Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are functioning optimally to support operational efficiency. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and manage the development process to deliver high-quality applications that enhance user experience and meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations. 3. Strong expertise in Core MM areas: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, Invoice Verification, and Vendor Master Data. 4. Experience with integration points between MM and other SAP modules. 5. Proven experience in leading teams, project management, and stakeholder engagement. 6. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. 7. SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong plus. 8. Certification in SAP MM is preferred. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions. 2. Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM consultants and analysts. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, WM, PP, and FI for integrated solutions. 4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the MM module. 5. Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions. 6. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to best practices. 7. Provide support for SAP MM-related issues and enhancements. a. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external standards. b. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of Ariba or other procurement tools.15 years full time education
