CFM Specialist– BA Quality and Compliance

CFM Q&C Team is responsible for supporting the continuous quality CFM service across CFM delivery teams within the relevant regions/geographies through data analytics. Individuals in this role will give support to CFM reporting data related to accounting, backlog, audit and risk management metrics. The role may also require interaction with CFM delivery teams in support of Accenture policy and internal controls compliance requirements.

Individuals in this role will work closely with CFM Quality & Compliance leads, and location leadership along with CFM executives to identify CFM quality management and improvement opportunities related to Accenture policy compliance.

The role is full-time and will report to a CFM Quality and Compliance Executive.

Key responsibilities

Analyse Quality and Compliance Outcomes

• Manage operational CFM reporting data across multiple CFM Quality & Compliance towers related to documentation requirements on accounting, internal Controls, audit.
• Manage data patrol and reporting across multiple quality related disciplines (accounting, audit, backlog, etc…)
• Collaborate with CFM Quality & Compliance location leads on location specific quality improvement opportunities.
• Identify operational best practice within the CFM Quality & Compliance operating model including adoption of new technology.

Develop key relationships

• Work with relevant CFM leadership (Delivery / Quality & Compliance) to address issues and further the CFM quality and compliance agenda.
• Act as adviser for CFM Quality and Compliance leadership to simplify finance policy and internal controls procedures.
• Educate CFM professionals on finance policy, internal controls and fundamentals critical to the CFM scope of service
• Act as SME in support of CFM Quality and Compliance leadership on any compliance related discussion with controllership, internal controls or external/internal audit.

Demonstrate thought leadership

• Work with local CFM teams to identify opportunities to further improve CFM compliance processes / services through automation enhancement and/or policy simplification.
• Identify new training strategies designed to increase CFM engagement and improve upon the effectiveness of the training.
• Provide content for training material.

Experience / education

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• Work Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Project based accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of CFM processes and tools preferred
