You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the software operates smoothly and meets the needs of the organization.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
- Document findings and solutions to improve future troubleshooting efforts.
- Provide training and support to team members on software functionalities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement

- Required: Proficient in Italian Language.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Experience with API design and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for software applications.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Software Product & Platform Interface & API Engineering.
