We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project S4 Design & Implementation. The client is a company focused on energy production and management, contributing to the development of sustainable energy solutions.

Strong hands-on experience with ABAP RAP in S/4HANA environments
Familiarity with event-driven architecture and business object modelling using RAP
A clear understanding of SAP’s 3-tier extensibility model:
o Tier 1: On-stack ABAP Cloud (clean core-compliant)
o Tier 2: Cloud API enablement (wrappers for non-released objects)
o Tier 3: Classic ABAP (to be minimized and retired over time)
Experience in key user extensibility and developer extensibility using Eclipse and released APIs
Familiarity with SAP BTP and side-by-side extensibility models
Ability to enforce clean core rules via ABAP Cloud’s compiler and syntax checks
Experience with lifecycle management, code documentation, and compliance tooling
Proficiency in SAP Fiori Elements, SAP BTP CAP (Cloud Application Programming). Adobe Forms, Workflows, and BAdIs in a clean core context
Familiarity with ABAP Development Tools (ADT) and SAP Business Application Studio.

Internal considerations:
Senior ABAPers must be well-versed in RAP and clean core; classic ABAP is acceptable only for junior roles.
RAP development is more time-consuming and not all BAdIs are available, so candidates must be comfortable navigating these limitations
