Accenture Strategy & Consulting is looking for graduates with technology and business backgrounds to join our team of Management Consulting Analysts for a full-time position in September 2026.
About the role
We are looking for talented tech, industry and/or business savvy graduates to join us as full-time management consulting analysts in our consulting practice. In this role, you will focus on executing both strategic and implementation projects for some of the largest companies in the Nordics. You will leverage deep industry expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver real, tangible results for clients. This role will expose you to hands-on problem-solving and the implementation of new business processes, all while providing a platform to build a career in management consulting.

As a management consulting analyst, you will have the opportunity to work across various industries and functional areas, leveraging both industry-specific expertise and functional capabilities. Our consulting practices include:
Industry practices: Leveraging deep industry knowledge, we help clients address their most complex, industry-specific challenges. Our industry practices include Financial Services, Resources, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods & Services, and Health & Public Services.
Functional practices: With strong functional capabilities, we deliver the tools and strategies that enable transformative changes across industries. Our functional practices include Talent & Organization and Supply Chain & Operations.

Key responsibilities
Analyze complex business issues and develop actionable insights to help clients achieve their objectives.
Contribute to project deliverables, including presentations and reports, with clear, structured communication.
Assist in the execution of business strategies, driving change and operational efficiency.
Coordinate and conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and feedback.
Collaborate with clients to implement solutions that solve their most pressing challenges.
Work in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver client-facing projects across various industries and functions.

As a management consulting analyst, most projects you encounter will involve the intersection of business and technology, with an emphasis on addressing clients’ business challenges through technological solutions. Whether your expertise lies in a technical discipline and you seek to apply it to business issues, or you have a business background and wish to understand how technology drives innovation, Accenture can be a perfect fit for you.
Basic qualifications are:
A relevant master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., Engineering, IT, Technology, Business Administration, or related fields).
Strong academic background and a proven ability to analyze complex problems.
Interest in technology-driven business transformation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that create strong relationships with clients.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with a global mindset and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
It is a requirement that you receive your master’s degree before the start of your employment, which must be no later than September 2026.

Recruitment process
Selected candidates will be invited to the interview process, which starts with an online at-home aptitude test. Afterwards, the candidates will be invited to participate in an interview bootcamp day, scheduled for week 48 in November 2025 at our Copenhagen office. This day will involve personal fit interviews and case interviews, where you will be able to demonstrate your problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills. We advise to practice in advance to help you feel prepared and confident.
Please make sure you can take part in the bootcamp in-person before you decide to apply, as we do not have the possibility to facilitate remote interviews for this recruiting event.
