Accenture Strategy & Consulting is looking for graduates with technology and business backgrounds to join our team of Strategy Analysts for a full-time position, starting in September 2026.

How we are organized
At Accenture Strategy, we are organized into several practice areas, each offering distinct expertise:

Technology Strategy & Advisory:
Helping clients shape their technology agendas to maximize business value, with a focus on creating practical strategies and enabling change.

CFO & Enterprise Value:
Helping organizations safeguard and grow 360° enterprise value with the CFO as the main stakeholder, while advising on managing the entire enterprise and value, looking beyond finance and financial metrics.

Industry Strategy:
Navigating transformation by combining strategic expertise with industry insights while working on high-impact areas like corporate strategy, IT transformation, efficiency improvements, and supply chain management to help clients deliver sustainable, competitive strategies.

Data & AI:
Combining AI, data analytics, and automation to solve complex business challenges and help clients make informed, data-driven decisions for the future.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in developing business strategies that drive competitive advantage and innovation.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to provide valuable insights.

  • Collaborate with clients to define their strategic goals and create actionable plans.

  • Support project teams in preparing presentations, planning and co-executing workshops, conducting client interviews, developing Excel models, and supporting other deliverables.

  • Work with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities, including cost improvements and digital transformation.

  • Contribute to business development activities, helping Accenture expand its footprint in the strategy consulting space.

Who are we looking for?

  • A relevant master's degree (e.g., Engineering, IT, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields).

  • Strong academic track record and quantitative/analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly.

  • A curiosity for understanding the role of technology in business transformation.

  • Ability to work in teams, collaborate, and engage with senior stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English, with an international mindset.

It is a requirement that you receive your master’s degree before the start of your employment, which must be no later than September 2026.

Recruitment process
Selected candidates will be invited to the interview process, which starts with an online at-home aptitude test. Afterwards, the candidates will be invited to participate in an interview bootcamp day, scheduled for week 48 in November 2025 at our Copenhagen office. The interview bootcamp day will consist of both case interviews and personal-fit interviews. We therefore encourage you to practice case solving prior to the interview day to feel prepared and confident.

Please make sure you can take part in the bootcamp in person before you decide to apply, as we do not have the possibility to facilitate remote interviews for this bootcamp.
