Project Role : Security Architect
Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary: The candidate will be responsible for design, configuration and delivery of OneTrust solutions and 3rd party integrations. He/She will be responsible for the development, administration and support of the OneTrust Platform - including screen design, data fields, calculations, workflows, integrations, etc and working with Business Analysts/Business/technical partners to determine and translate business requirements into technology/functional solutions. Key success factors include building reusable solution components, working with other onshore and offshore consultants to collect configuration and integration specifications, and delivering high-quality implementations for customers. Roles & Responsibilities: • Maintaining the integrity of data and processes in OneTrust • Supporting the team with OneTrust assessments • Configure and troubleshoot system settings, user access, and permissions • Responsible for handling the production support activities of OneTrust • Create and Update OneTrust Targeted Discovery workflows utilizing system APIs • Integration of OneTrust Platform with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms • Performance management of OneTrust platform including regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to keep the applications current and secure. • Participates in rapid prototyping activities in real-time with the clients to configure the OneTrust platform to meet client business needs • Produce a detailed technical design document and effort estimation for Proposal to match client’s requirements/expectations • Responsible for day-to-day OneTrust POC, Demo, Client OneTrust design, development, testing, deployment and problem solving • Ability to convert the Business Requirement in OneTrust Solution. • Supply recommendations and subject matter expertise for the development/architecture of the OneTrust platform • Conduct training sessions for the business on OneTrust functionalities. • Hands-on support using Onetrust for Policy & Notice Management, Consent compliance and maintain records of consent, Data Subject Requests to automate request to fulfilment to meet regulatory deadlines, Data retention & deletion – Manage and enforce retention policies and data deletion etc. Professional & Technical Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area • 5-6 years of relevant experience in Archer GRC implementation • OneTrust Certification or relevant OneTrust training. OneTrust certified Professional (required) and OneTrust certified Expert (preferred) • Archer administration certification 5.x/6.x (Good to Have) • Familiar with OneTrust integrations. • Experience in other GRC tools like Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of security processes • Very good communication and customer management skills • Excellent command of English (verbal/written) • Ability to work with a global team • Well-organized team worker with strong problem solving and leadership skills • Proven experience as a System Administrator, specifically in managing and configuring OneTrust Data Privacy platform. • Knowledge of SDLC and programming technologies (JavaScript, CSS, and HTML etc.) is preferred. • Experience with various system API usage • Experience with OneTrust Targeted Data Discovery • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools. - This position is based in Gurugram. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
