THE WORK:

  • Join one of our Strategy Practice comprised of Industry Strategy Teams and Functional Centers of Expertise - Corporate Strategy & Growth, Cost & Profitability Reinvention, Operating Model & Organization Design, Transaction Advisory, or Sustainability - and play a key role in shaping the future of leading organizations.
  • Work side by side with global, cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategies that transform businesses and drive real impact for our clients across industries: Resources, Products, H&PS, Financial Services and CMT.
  • Lead strategic engagements, from initial problem framing and analysis through solution design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and client stakeholders, providing insights that influence critical business decisions to unlock new sources of growth, efficiency, and resilience.
  • Bring fresh thinking and creativity to projects, helping clients shape bold visions and execute change with confidence.
  • Combine qualitative insights and quantitative analysis to uncover opportunities and turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Shape growth and market strategies, including new business entry, product launches, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead cost transformation and profitability initiatives, identifying opportunities to reinvest savings into innovation and growth.
  • Support transaction and M&A projects, from commercial due diligence to post-merger integration planning.
  • Help organizations rethink how they operate - design and optimize operating models and organizational structures, enabling clients to become more agile, efficient, and resilient.
  • Apply data-driven insights, digital tools, and AI solutions to uncover opportunities and accelerate decision-making or to co-create innovative solutions with clients.
  • Create high-impact deliverables such as C-suite presentations, strategic roadmaps, and action-oriented playbooks.

PRIORITY SKILL:

Strategy Consulting – previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Industry Strategy (e.g., Resources, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Defense, etc.), Corporate Strategy & Growth, Cost & Profitability Reinvention, Operating Model & Organization Design, Transaction Advisory (M&A) or Sustainability.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • A strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data and insights into clear recommendations.
  • Curiosity and drive to work across different strategy topics - whether growth, operating models, cost transformation, transactions, industry-specific challenges, or sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects or workstreams, delivering high-quality outcomes under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks, consulting methodologies, and digital/AI-enabled approaches to solving business challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills, able to thrive in multicultural and cross-border teams.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional European languages are highly valued.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on client sites when needed, embracing the variety and dynamism of strategy consulting

  • Familiarity with digital tools, AI/ML solutions, or advanced analytics applied in business strategy.
  • International experience or exposure to global, cross-border projects.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn data into compelling client narratives.
