Summary: • To lead the development and delivery of our Cognitive AI Platform. This role involves overseeing a coordinated set of projects to ensure they collectively achieve strategic business objectives, bridging the gap between business needs, and technical execution. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in telecom, leveraging deep domain expertise to design and scale automation across the entire network lifecycle—spanning engineering, deployment, and operations Roles & Responsibilities: Functional Responsibilities • Drive strategic alignment and planning to ensure all projects map to organizational objectives. • Provide governance and oversight for program execution. • Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and satisfaction. • Oversee risk and change management, proactively addressing potential issues. • Deliver the program within approved scope, time, and quality parameters • Provide accurate and timely program status reporting to leadership. • Facilitate effective decision-making at the appropriate organizational levels. Technical Responsibilities • Collaborate with solution architects to review and approve high-level designs, ensuring documentation and communication of decisions. • Align technology selections (AI frameworks, cloud platforms, data storage solutions) with business objectives. • Ensure data sources, formats, and pipelines meet AI model requirements. • Prioritize the product backlog to deliver high-value AI-driven capabilities—including data pipelines, model development, integrations, and user interfaces—aligned with business goals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. - Strong understanding of automation systems and their integration with existing technologies. - Experience in developing technical documentation and design specifications. - Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective automation solutions. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to automation and control systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
