Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your expertise in various technologies and methodologies to support clients and projects, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. You will collaborate with team members to drive project success and facilitate effective communication across different departments, contributing to a dynamic and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. Key Responsibilities Work on client projects to deliver using Azure Databricks based Data engineering Analytics solutions Build and operate very large data warehouses or data lakes ETL optimization, designing, coding, tuning big data processes using Apache Spark Build data pipelines applications to stream and process datasets at low latencies Show efficiency in handling data - tracking data lineage, ensuring data quality, and improving discoverability of data. Having Good experience in performance tuning of SQL/Spark / Azure Notebooks. Scale up pipelines to support massive wrt volume and velocity data processing. Review work done by the team and ensure best practices and coding standards are adhered to . Technical Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Databricks engineering solutions on Azure Cloud platforms using PySpark, Databricks SQL, Data pipelines using Delta Lake / Delta Live tables . 4 year of Experience in one or more programming languages Python. Professional Attributes Ready to work in B Shift 12 PM 10 PM A Client facing skills: solid experience working in client facing environments, to be able to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Health care knowledge Good Communication Skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architecture. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
