• You’ll monitor all terminal program design & construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with codes and standards.
• You’ll implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes across all project phases.
• You’ll manage and mitigate risks related to technical design, construction interfaces, and third-party coordination.
• You’ll supervise and guide project teams in collaboration with TDIP leadership and project managers.
• You’ll oversee logistics activities for construction, operations, and maintenance throughout all project phases.
• You’ll direct testing, commissioning, and resolution of LAWA inspection deviations.
• You’ll serve as technical liaison, facilitating communication between TDIP projects, other LAWA projects, and divisions.
• You’ll identify and resolve design, constructability, and logistics issues across contracts and projects.
• You’ll support risk management and cost containment through issue resolution and proactive mitigation.
• You’ll coordinate traffic and scheduling impacts in collaboration with CALM and other LAWA stakeholders.
• You’ll lead interface coordination meetings and verify integrated systems performance.
• You’ll develop, monitor, and manage work sequencing, schedules, estimates, and change proposals for compliance and value.
• You’ll assist project managers with negotiation support, documentation, and validation of pricing sources.
• Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$272,669 - $299,936 a year

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or other related technical field required
• 20 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects
• Experience with projects more than $250 million in value
• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity

• Master's degree preferred
• Relevant Professional Licensure &/or Certifications are strongly preferred, may include AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, etc.
