Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Software Factory lead to architect and manage the end-to-end software integration pipeline for automotive platforms. The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable CI-CD workflows, configuration management, and automated validation systems to support continuous integration of embedded software across ECUs, domain controllers, and infotainment systems. Roles & Responsibilities: • Define and implement software factory architecture for automotive software integration. • Lead the development of CI-CD pipelines for embedded platforms (AUTOSAR, Android Automotive, QNX, Linux). • Manage software configuration, versioning, and release workflows across multiple vehicle programs. • Collaborate with software architects, DevOps, validation, and cybersecurity teams to ensure traceable and compliant integration. • Drive automation of build, test, and deployment processes using industry-standard tools. • Ensure alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 standards. • Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, tool vendors, and OEMs to align integration strategies. • Monitor pipeline performance, stability, and scalability across distributed teams. • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software integration and delivery Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong experience in automotive software integration and DevOps practices. • Proficiency in CI-CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), version control (Git), and scripting (Python, Bash). • Experience with build systems (Yocto, CMake, Bazel) and artifact management (Artifactory, Nexus). • Familiarity with embedded software stacks (AUTOSAR Classic,Adaptive, Android Automotive, QNX). • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills • Good problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software. • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A Bachelors or Masters in computers Electronics or any related stream is required.Bachelors or Masters in computers Electronics or any related stream
