CLIENT SERVICE

  • Passion for innovation in the world and the ability to create powerful ideas for clients, constantly pushing the envelope of our thinking via perspectives, proposals, and projects delivered

  • Client champion responsible for quality assurance and competitive edge across all of our work, including proposals and BD pursuits

  • Constantly challenging the status quo of our delivery work, thinking about approaches and deliverables in a better way, understanding that “best practice” is a moving target

  • Masterful storywriter and storyteller known for delivering sharp, compelling perspectives that excite and entice clients to take action

  • Expert facilitator and presenter, owning the room with confidence, charisma and energy

  • Deep industry knowledge and experience inclusive of strategy, market dynamics, and applicable technologies and able to relate them to client’s objectives

  • Capable of acting as a trusted thought-partner and innovation advisor to senior-level clients, instilling confidence and building long-standing relationships

  • Demonstrate ability to comfortably and confidently engage in tough conversations with clients and bring even naysayer clients on the journey

FUEL PRACTICE GROWTH

  • Confidently lead business development efforts (POVs, RFP intake, proposals, blueprinting, and pitching) and sell work aligned with ?What If! offers, strategy, and employee value proposition

  • Proactively provoke and convert opportunities by spotting client needs and developing a provocative POV & buyable project proposal

  • Understand practice KPIs and actively works to support healthy practice metrics through project scoping and delivery

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in innovation-related work, such as strategic consulting, insight, branding, and/or entrepreneurial pursuits – roles which your experience could apply to understanding humans, their problems, and expansively developing solutions to those problems.

Professional skill requirements:

  • Excellent Relationship building skills - seek to understand first, inspire confidence, ability to win trust, show up as human and authentic

  • Fast-thinking, nimble, adaptable and thrive in a fast-moving environment – always open to new ideas with a constant desire to learn more

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience working in a client service environment and you understand how to creatively solve business problems

  • You have experience leading qualitative research (ethnographic studies) and quantitative studies (surveys)

  • You have experience identifying and writing human insights, articulating unsolved problems, and ideating solutions to solve them​​

  • You have a bachelors degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
