Document incident details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately for future reference and knowledge sharing. 5. Continuously monitor and maintain the stability and performance of cloud-based infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. 6. Proactively identify recurring issues or areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. 7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing to contribute to the advancement of our services and infrastructure.
