Based in Paris (with possible travel in Europe), you will be fully involved in our consultancy assignments or/and manage high value projects for prestigious clients, leaders in the insurance market. As a Senior Consultant, you will work on strategic and complex projects, in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and under the supervision of a Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial strategy: Development and implementation of our clients' financial strategic orientations.
- FP&A strategy: Definition and deployment of planning, forecasting, budgeting and financial analytics processes.
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions: Design, configuration and implementation of EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, Workiva, SAP SAC/BPC, etc.) to improve financial planning, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis and reporting processes.
- Cost models: Design and improvement of cost models for optimized management.
- Extra-financial indicators: Integration of ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria into performance management systems.
- Change management: Supporting teams to facilitate the adoption of strategic and operational transformations.
As a senior consultant, you will play an active role in:
- Structuring deliverables and carrying out missions.
- Training and upskilling junior consultants.
- Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the firm's business development.

Profile required
- Experience: You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting, auditing, financial services firm, or an Insurtech/major insurance player.
- Expertise: You have solid skills in at least one of the following areas:Finance, FP&A, EPM/CPM solutions, IT strategy, or data management. Understanding of the challenges of digitalizing financial processes.
- Analytical skills: Excellent ability to understand, model and improve complex business processes.
- Personal qualities:You are passionate about the insurance sector and want to fully invest yourself in a demanding and stimulating environment. You demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit, an excellent analytical mind and an ability to manage priorities. You enjoy teamwork and know how to collaborate effectively with different interlocutors.
- Languages: You are fluent in French and English (C1+ level written and oral).
- Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in the Office suite is required, as well as good familiarity with EPM tools.
- Availability: You are authorized to work in France and ready to be based in Paris, with possible travel in Europe
