Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketo implementation and migration projects, including workspace setup, partitioning, CRM integration, and campaign framework configuration
  • Configure Marketo Engage for scalable campaign operations, including lifecycle models, lead scoring, segmentation, program templates, and tokens
  • Build and optimize modular emails, landing pages, and forms using tokens, snippets, and responsive templates
  • Design and implement event-triggered and rule-based journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Support integration of Marketo and AJO with CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics), CDPs (AEP), and consent tools
  • Implement opt-in/out logic and contribute to subscription center enablement and compliance workflow
  • Enable audience activation across platforms such as Adobe Target, CRM, or advertising destinations
  • Partner with analytics teams to support tagging, tracking (UTMs), and campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to ensure technical execution matches campaign intent

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience configuring and operating Marketo Engage in an enterprise context
  • 1-2+ years of experience designing journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (or similar orchestration tools)
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle design, segmentation, campaign logic, and form/workspace strategy
  • Familiarity with consent frameworks (GDPR/CCPA) and preference center design
  • Experience integrating with CRM, Snowflake, or CDPs using webhooks, APIs, or native connectors
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Target, Launch, and attribution/tagging frameworks is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills
