The Paralegal will play a key role in supporting Analysis Group’s Legal Department in its day-to-day operations, assisting attorneys and the Legal Operations team across a broad range of matters. Responsibilities include managing the Legal’s team’s intake and document management systems, filing and tracking contracts, supporting document retention and destruction requests, and contributing to process improvements to enhance the Legal team’s risk management and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the Legal team’s intake system (ServiceNow), including triaging incoming requests, flagging urgent matters for escalation, and providing assistance where applicable.
  • Assist in the management and maintenance of the contract management system (NetDocs), including filing, profiling, and locating contracts and related documents.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as running document comparisons, maintaining and updating reference materials and templates, translating documents, locating information within Legal’s records, and maintaining the Legal team coverage calendar.
  • Assist in managing contract signature workflow through electronic signature tool (DocuSign).
  • Respond to internal inquiries about contract terms, expirations, and related information as needed.
  • Support the Legal team with responses to subpoenas, litigation holds, and document destruction requests.
  • Generate template agreements, including NDAs, engagement letters, and affiliate agreements.
  • Maintain and update the Legal team’s page on the firm intranet.
  • Assist with the implementation of enhancements to the Legal team’s processes.
  • Provide other general support to the Legal department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience in a professional service firm or large law firm preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment and can appropriately prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including strong customer service skills.
  • Collaborative and curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.
  • Experience with contract management systems (e.g., NetDocuments) and workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, DocuSign) is preferred.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT and/or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
