The Senior Corporate Financial Analyst plays a key role within the Corporate Finance team. This position supports the firm’s financial planning, reporting, and control activities by analyzing financial and operational data, preparing forecasts and projections, and delivering clear, actionable insights to the finance and accounting leadership teams. The role partners closely with BP&A, and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and informed decision-making across the firm.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Perform independent and directed financial and operational analyses using spreadsheets and financial systems.
Assist in the month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes, including account analysis, balancing, and variance explanations. - Apply strong technical accounting judgment to ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with firm policies and U.S. GAAP.
- Perform monthly Trial Balance revaluations and support related accounting analyses.
- Lead and run monthly accrual meetings, coordinating with Accounting Manager and GL Team to ensure completeness and accuracy of recorded expenses.
- Coordinate monthly budget-to-actual reporting in partnership with the BP&A team, including analysis of variances and key drivers.
- Prepare quarterly financial projections to support tax estimate calculations and planning.
- Manage and track Partner equity, including related transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Play a key role in supporting the semi-annual Partner compensation and bonus process, including analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Manage and monitor quarterly bank covenant calculations and reporting, ensuring compliance with lending agreements and coordination with lenders as needed.
- Coordinate and support the U.S. annual audit, including preparation of schedules, responding to auditor requests, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of financial reporting tools and processes.
- Solve problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of complex financial and operational factors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of four years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance experience preferred.
- Strong financial analysis skills with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data-gathering skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to bring forward new ideas and develop strategic recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-120,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
