SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Manager, Marketing & Inside Sales Capabilities is responsible for developing and driving the execution of a strategic IT roadmap for the Renewal by Andersen Division across marketing and inside sales. This leader will partner with Renewal by Andersen Division leaders including Marketing, Inside Sales, and Retail Transformation to ensure alignment on the IT strategy, roadmap, and planning. This leader is also responsible for maintaining a strong connection to the broader Andersen and Renewal by Andersen digital plans.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, communicate, and lead the Renewal by Andersen Division IT strategy for marketing and inside sales capabilities.
- Grow and develop a high performing team supporting solutions across marketing and inside sales including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and related applications.
- Develop IT strategic roadmaps in partnership with business leaders, product managers, and product owners.
- Manage governance of IT priorities and roadmap.
- Partner cross-functionally with capability and engineering managers to ensure solutions delivered in alignment with customer expectations.
- Support teams by removing barriers to team success and serve as point of escalation.
- Propagate agile mindsets and concepts across business partners and leadership.
- Lead stakeholder communications, status reporting, and budgeting.
- Manage financials, budgets, proposals, and conversations with leadership. Work effectively with IT Leadership as well as Finance to propose and procure funding.
- Actively engage in Communities of Practice forums internally and externally to drive organizational maturity and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years in digital transformation and business relation management
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce product or program management experience
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Customer-first mindset

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
