SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR professional to join our team as a Principal HR Business Partner to partner with our Andersen Division Business Units function. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor and partner to senior leadership, driving HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will leverage your deep expertise in HR practices and business acumen to influence and shape the organization’s culture, talent management, and overall HR strategy. This position reports to the VP of Human Resources – Andersen Division.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
- Talent Management: Lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, development, and retention to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
- Organizational Development: Design and implement programs that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development.
- Change Management: Provide guidance and support during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR business partner role.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and develop strategic plans that align with business objectives.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
