SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Planner solves problems within a single value stream, function, or relatively small user base. A minimal portion of this role is transactional, with the majority focus on driving continuous improvement. The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands
-Analyze and communicate value stream/supply chain capacity and constraints
-Takes ownership in performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions across Supply Chain, utilizing Supply Chain tools such as ERP, Kanban, 5Y, etc.
-Collaborate with internal and external partners including supervisors, suppliers, team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.
-Represents Supply Chain in projects across the value stream.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems is preferred.
- Working knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies such as ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, data mining, and data reporting
- Strong computer skills and experience with excel, word, and outlook
- Seeks opportunities to learn from others who have more experience and tenure in the organization
- Actively participates in creation of own development plan
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in utilizing lean tools and methodology for problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with high-volume production planning
- Effective communication skills through written, verbal, and listening techniques

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $68,480-$102,720.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
