Job profile summary: Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration scenarios with strong knowledge of SAP S/4 systems, architecture, and components. Understands business processes, challenges, and needs; recommends best systems integration solutions, methodologies, right tools and resources. Collaborates with Business partners, domain architects, functional and technical teams to define a solution and works towards implementing it.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops solutions and architectural plans for complex integrations across modules/systems/ processes for SAP S/4HANA implementation. Guides others who are designing and developing on the platform. Maintains expertise and understanding of business process and use cases along with the functional and technical know how
- knowledge and integration experience with handling ERP systems (SAP-ECC, SAP S/4), leading enhancement projects, orchestrating solution design, managing deadlines, and overseeing business processes.
- Evaluates new platforms or languages for adding or replacing in portfolio including consideration of functionality, re-usability, cost, necessary integrations. Identifies the industry BKM's for solution design and standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market
- Responsible for providing estimates for cost and effort for integration requirements
- Responsible for new and existing technical architecture for development platforms/languages including integrations. Considers cost and maintainability in selection.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and best practices and considers IT security and sustainability while designing the integrations
- Manages integration for multiple projects and work streams including planning and delivery of solutions to meet functional business requirements ensuring adherence to schedule and quality.
- Oversees contingent workers performing services across multiple projects or service areas. Ensures selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers is performed in a timely manner. Ensures contingent workforce utilization is optimized. Works with management and strategic providers to identify gaps and opportunities and to recommend improvement plans.
Experience:
- Bachelors or masters degree
- At least 10 years of practical experience in SAP and other satellite systems, involving domains like Finance, Sales, Operations
- Experience with at least two full-cycle implementations of S/4HANA in large organizations as an integration architect/ analyst focusing on strategies and solutions
- Ability to work on-site and in person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

$128,000.00 - $176,000.00The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
