We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the EPMO & IT Solutions Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and driving IT solutions to support the company's strategic objectives. You will be reporting to the Strategic Program Officer, PDC COO and be part of PDC extended staff.

Our Group:
You will join an heterogenous group of excellent managers who are responsible to lead and drive the strategic operational execution of the organization in multiple area’s of resources planning , information system architecture, designing cross organizational business process and managing the entire campus infrastructure and services.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead PDC cross-organizational business process & infrastructure (IT) projects development to drive improvements and informed decisions
- Develop and execute the IT solutions strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business needs and objectives
- Serve as PDC program management Center Of Excellence
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Streamline and maximize PDC’s effectiveness & execution power, enabling profitable / structural scalability
- Develop, promote and implement data analytics & KPIs, in multiple domains, to support management informed decisions
- Lead, develop & implement cross org. strategic management initiatives by partnership with PDC management & AMAT corporate
- Drive the execution of product life cycle (PLC) related activities: cadence, reporting and analysis. Serve as center of excellence in the PLC domain.
- Use project management approaches and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects for strategic accounts
- Lead and manage internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodologies
- Identify gaps and opportunities, manage decision making, and collaboratively create mutually acceptable solutions
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams
- Follow and enforce existing processes as well as identifying and shaping missing processes or such that need improvement
- Establish and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices across different Tech Products implementation
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate the rollout of complex global projects, working with different teams in different countries and time zones, and managing ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring effective delivery of IT solutions and services.
What should you have?
- B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects and programs, preferably in the semiconductor or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering large-scale IT solutions and driving business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- PMP Certification - advantage.
