Our IT organization currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Finance functional analyst who will be working in the Billings Through Collections (BTC), Revenue Accounting Reporting (RAR) and Credit Management space. The ideal candidate should be an IT professional with hands-on technical experience on SAP development projects, possess a keen analytical mind, working closely with business partners to identify and implement systems solutions. The candidate must be able to clearly articulate ideas and solutions with not only IT colleagues but with customers as well. We also value individuals who do not mind stretching their knowledge boundaries and responsibilities to learn other systems when opportunities arise.
Mandatory Skills:
Four to six years hands-on projects experience with the design of enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving Billing Through Collections (BTC), RAR including BRF plus and BTC, customs submodules, and integration points with SAP ERP finance objects.
Experience with Sales and distribution (SD), Billing and Accounts Receivable including revenue account determination, billing copy control, SAP Finance and controlling (FICO) integration, account summarization, output determination, in SAP ECC 6.0 or above versions.
Experience on indirect tax process including tax codes, tax rates, tax classifications, pricing procedures, pricing condition table customization and enhancement for both Input & Output tax code determination, compliance tax report development.
Strong Knowledge in SD function, Sales, Billing, Pricing and Materials Management and Production Planning and variant configuration
Knowledge of CRM system and CRM-enabled opportunity to order process and SD pricing and intercompany process.
At least have one third party tax platform implementation project experience for external tax calculation, such as: Sovos GTD, Vertex, etc
Experience in SAP data conversions and customer activities
Experience working with BI/Business Objects/Hadoop/ Power BI
Experience in participating and supporting integration testing cycle and ability to defect resolution for any problem identified.
Experience writing functional specifications for interfaces and custom programs/reports, working with technical programmer to analyze defects and propose solutions.
Experience promoting changes to Production and associated methodology, including writing, and executing test plans.
Must have at least 2 – 3 full SAP project implementation experience as a Finance BTC / RAR / Tax functional analyst

Must be proficient with MS Office suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
Strongly Preferred:
Working knowledge and experience in billing business to business (B2B) with IDOC is a plus, Billing B2B with Ariba third party platform implementation experience is highly preferred.
S4 HANA Finance – OCM (Optimized Contract Management) experience
Proficient with ABAP knowledge and who can work effectively with ABAP developers while developing functional specs as well as trouble-shooting
Nice to Have:
Exposure on IDOC and ALE
S4 Hana SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) module experience
Functional experience with SAP security roles and troubleshooting access issues
SAP certification (note: certification number may be verified)
Solid knowledge of invoice output forms
Experience on Taiwan GUI tax and China golden tax / India GST process
Knowledge in SAP Accounts Payable (FI-AP and MM-LIV), including vendor master setup, input tax determination, evaluated receipt settlement invoicing (ERS), intercompany stock transfer processing (ICTO)
Key responsibilities:
Serve as an interface with multiple sub-groups within a business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management, and relationship management.
Architect and design complex business process/business application solutions to address cross functional needs, and convert design to functional and technical specifications. Oversee software application configuration, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions. Identifies and recommend industry BKM's for integrated solution design and standards.
Provides and/or oversees business application functional support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets. Oversees monitoring of specific IT systems or set of systems and tuning of such systems for availability and performance. Drives completion of root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams, support providers and application vendors. Drives implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Evaluates/recommends/plans life cycle for patches, point releases, and major upgrades.
Delivers project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget. Develops project budgets. Develops understanding cost model and cost drivers for service(s) and recommend service area budgets and cost optimization activities. May be responsible for timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts.
Ensures adherence to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing, and support internal and external audits.
Plan and manage medium to large scale cross functional projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality.
Oversees/manages contingent workers performing services across multiple projects or service areas. Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Manages contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality. Approves contingent worker time sheets/costs.
