台灣應用材料暑期實習專案
**申請資格：大學就學三年以上的在學學生（含碩、博士）；應屆畢業生即將進入職場者請勿投遞；若需繼續升學者請附上入學證明。
**申請文件 : 提供中英文履歷; 中文自傳(同步提供英文版更加分); 學校成績單; 專業認證證照或作品集。
**收件期間 : 2025/2/1 - 2025/4/15 (面試若符合資格，優先給予錄取通知)。

**附加條件：
1. 實習期間：2025/7/1-2025/8/31。
2. 實習期間之交通與住宿需自理。
3. 實習期間，須全程參與，若無法承諾及配合，請勿投遞。
4. 實習尾聲，須提交報告，分享實習成果，方可領取結業證書。並正式納入公司人才庫。
5. 工作待遇：大學生月薪台幣42,000元，碩士生月薪台幣48,000元，博士生月薪台幣53,000元。



Key Responsibilities

CVD Process Development
1. Thin film sample analysis by metrology tools and data consolidation
2. Literature study of CVD R&D project & MOx TFT
3. Process trend study skills with process DoE experience and data analysis.

Defectivity Lab
1. Particle compoment data summarize
2. Tool component analysis
3. Paritcle source clarification

PVD Material Analysis
1. Focus on XRD, XRR analysis, fitting validation
2. XPS fit model optimization for IGZO based on literature study and hands on fitting improvement
3. Wet etching SOP improvement, etchant temperature, etching time, rinse or soak, substrate (glass or wafer)

Process Integration
1. Integration process CIP (PR stripper testing)
2. ALD data consolidation
3. Dry etching process CIP

OLED product development
1. Coat bi-layer PDL structure
2. Etch bi-layer with desired taper and recess
3. Validate layer cutting function & also ensure cathode continuity
4. Get familiar with available TEG
5. Propose test plan for leakage

Final Project Review
1. Interns will present projects in English (30mins)
2. Managers will review the interns' R&D capability, and outperforming interns will receive the early offer.



Requirements

Skills : Fluent English communication/writing/presentation (Toeic 750+)

Knowledge : Related research experience in semi, display, solar, LED, OLED, etc

Experience : Analytical skills, research ability and DoE knowledge/experience

Education (Major/Degree) : Electro-Optical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or the other engineering depts (Master/Ph.D students)
