Responsibilities:

  • Provides highly visible customer support through the performance of the on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Works closely with TSMC to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
  • Check and approve the operational quality of system equipment. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, physics, or Optoelectronics from a top university
  • 1-3 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry, process related role
  • Flexible with tool experience, with a preference for etch-related products
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifies and solves the complex problem, thinking beyond existing solutions and frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate and visually present complex legal advice for business executives
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (TOEIC score above 750 is a plus)
