We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company’s fixed asset management and intercompany transactions. This role will dedicated to improving asset tracking accuracy and asset security , lead process improvements, and manage cross-border transactions in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed Assets Management

• Lead and coordinate fixed assets cycle count across China entities. Investigate discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Liaise with stakeholders and provide fixed assets policy guidance.
• Collaborate with internal functions to implement system upgrades and process optimization.
• Produce regulatory reports and support statutory audit process.

Intercompany Gatekeeping

• Oversee all cross-border intercompany transactions for China legal entities, ensuring adherence to China FX regulations.
• Validate intercompany supporting documents for bank remittances.
• Produce SAFE reports, investigate and manage variances.

Other ad hoc tasks

• Support liquidation process. Assist in financial due diligence, liability settlements, bank account closure for entity closures.
• Corporate insurance local process support.
