Key Responsibilities

  • Support GIS and Business intelligence, Big Data and AI/ML personnel that interface with business unit or function customers for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, and service management.
  • With supervision, analyzes business requirements and/or issues, converts analysis to functional and technical specifications, and assist in the design and technical development of Business intelligence, big data and AI/ML solutions to meet business requirements. Perform and document software application and technical platform configuration, prepare and execute test scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression, acceptance) and data conversions. May participate in new technology evaluations.
  • With minimal supervision, provides Business Intelligence, big data and AI/ML application and platform support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement, and customer satisfaction targets. Participates in reviewing and monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance; determines modifications as needed. Performs System analysis and debugging of applications and platforms to identify problem root causes. Completes root cause analysis for incidents and outages.
  • With supervision, Adheres to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing, and support internal and external audits.
  • Participates as a Business intelligence, Big Data or AI/ML application or project team member. With supervision, may manage small continuous improvement projects to ensure effective and efficient execution guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality

Additional Job Requirement

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years programming skills with Python AND SQL

  • Ideal candidate would have semiconductor experience, but is not required.

  • Must have BI tools experience; for example Tableau or Qlik

  • Will be responsible for managing pipeline development and data modeling

  • Must have knowledge in Big Data Technology, for example Spark

  • Must have experience with large data management.

  • Must have effective communication skills in order to collaborate with globally diverse teams and to explain technical concepts.

  • Must be able to accommodate working with a global workforce including flex hours.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
