Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key customers (e.g., TSMC) to identify high-value problems and co-develop solutions in optical inspection and yield enhancement.
  • Drive the adoption of new inspection technologies through demos, evaluations, joint development programs (JDPs), and new product introduction (NPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Process Support Engineers, providing technical guidance, training, and performance development.
  • Oversee on-site support activities including system installation, troubleshooting, and optimization of inspection tools.
  • Analyze complex process issues using DOE and statistical methods; deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage resource planning, activity forecasting, and ensure high-quality execution of customer engagements.
