Job Description: Electron Optics Devices Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly talented Electron Optics Devices Software Engineer to join our unique product team and help build the next-generation applications that control and manage our cutting-edge platform.

This is a hands-on role where your contributions will impact the development of world-class semiconductor inspection tools.

Our Group

We are part of the Next Generation Technology team, responsible for developing innovative solutions that integrate hardware, FPGA, and system design into a seamless, high-performance product. Our work combines software engineering with deep hardware interaction to deliver precision and speed at scale.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain device drivers and platform flows

  • Integrate and test software with real hardware components

  • Collaborate closely with HW electronics, FPGA, and system design teams to ensure seamless device operation

  • Implement and optimize device control logic for high-performance systems

What you should have

  • Strong experience in Java (Python is an advantage).

  • Previous experience with hardware device control and driver development

  • Familiarity with HVPS, electronic control boards, and board-level integration

  • Experience with workflows, Kubernetes, and GitHub Copilot

  • Hands-on approach to integration and testing with real hardware
