Key Responsibilities
- Anticipates areas for improvement and provides feedback on innovation for digital tools across sites. Works with technology groups on areas of improvement Globally the AIX Field Service Engineer serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools.
- Internally and externally communicates complex ideas to senior levels anticipating potential objections and driving change.
- Leads problem solving of highly complex problems. Provides feedback on learning to digital tool system owners.
- Refines digital application packages and feeds back areas for improvement.
- Provides mentoring on specific troubleshooting examples with detailed understanding of signals and systems. Expert in communicating BKM modeling techniques.
Functional Knowledge
Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field. Expertise knowledge of Applied' s digital products and applications.
Have good understanding / knowledge of Equipment and Fab Operations.

- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
