  • Navigate entitlement processes, including permitting, zoning, environmental impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement and maintain robust project controls including cost management, schedule tracking, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
  • Administer contracts, change orders, claims, and procurement strategies in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and oversight on projects involving Superfund or environmentally sensitive sites, ensuring environmental compliance and remediation coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on project status, risks, and strategic decisions.

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering $100M+ capital projects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of various construction project delivery models (e.g., Design-Build, CM at Risk, IPD) and contract types (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost-Plus)
  • Extensive experience in semiconductor or high-tech facility construction, cleanroom design/build, and hazardous materials infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of entitlement processes, environmental permitting, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project controls tools and methodologies (e.g., cost management, scheduling, earned value analysis, etc....).
  • Demonstrated experience in contract administration, including negotiation, claims resolution, and vendor management.
  • Experience with Superfund sites or similar environmentally regulated projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
