We’re looking for a passionate, sharp, and collaborative Senior E2E NPI Planner (S&OP and material planning) to drive the complete planning lifecycle of our innovative NPI products. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed team and set the foundations — your processes and methods will scale beyond a single product and influence the planning of additional tools across the organization.

If you enjoy solving complex challenges, partnering cross‑functionally (including the business department), and owning success from early concept through tool shipment — this role is for you.

What will you do?

As our E2E NPI Planner, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning of new products — from early business demand through material readiness, production execution, and tool shipment.
  • Embed early with R&D and engineering to understand product architecture, module structure, configurations, and risks.
  • Partner daily across functions: engineering, supply chain, procurement, sourcing, material management, production teams, the business department, and corporate stakeholders across global time zones.
  • Define scalable processes, R&R, and system enablement for a new team — your designs will become the planning playbook not only for NPI, but for future products as well.
  • Own BOM and configuration planning and ensure end‑to‑end supply chain alignment.
  • Present insights in steering forums: status, risks, mitigations, and data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive material readiness, resolve constraints, and ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
  • Collaborate flexibly across time zones with external partners and global interfaces as needed.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in planning, operations, or supply chain roles (experience with NPI or complex production environments — a strong advantage).
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, planning, material management, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to dive into complex multi‑module technical products and understand detailed product structures.
  • Strong communication capabilities and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Analytical, data‑driven, fast thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to balance daily execution with long‑term planning in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones when required.
  • Excellent English — verbal and written.
  • Experience with systems such as SAP, Smartsheet, or similar enterprise tools.

Why join us?

  • Build something new: Be part of creating the team’s foundational processes from the ground up.
  • Broader impact: The planning processes you define will extend beyond a single NPI and shape how future products are planned and executed — with a strong focus on material planning.
  • Work with cutting‑edge tools and highly skilled cross‑functional partners.
  • High visibility with opportunities to present in steering forums and influence key decisions.
