Key Responsibilities
- Leads continual improvement projects and drives innovation for digital tools. Globally the AIX(Actionable Insight Accelerator) Field Service Engineer serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools.
- Internally communicates difficult concepts and persuades others with differencing viewpoints.
- Recommends best practice for troubleshooting to team. Leads troubleshooting efforts using digital tools.
- Provides feedback to digital package owner on content and best practice. Implements and tests solutions for new issues.
- Provides mentoring on specific troubleshooting. Highly knowledgeable in various tools and systems. Knowledgeable in advanced modeling techniques and BKM.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor equipment processes and hardware, with the ability to apply this knowledge to effective troubleshooting and the utilization of digital tools.
- Experience applying data science and analytics techniques to semiconductor equipment data to support issue analysis, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Strong communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with global internal teams and clear, professional communication with customers.

- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Have in depth knowledge of Applied' s digital products and applications.
- Have good understanding / knowledge of Equipment and Fab Operations.
