Key Responsibilities
Develop, qualify and manage suppliers for anodization, electropolishing, plating, cleaning, coating processes.
Lead quality problem resolutions, troubleshooting and incident management, drive root cause, correction actions and prevent recurrence.
Lead supplier technical audit process, evaluate supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.
Communicate technical requirement and expectation effectively to suppliers.
Collaborate closely with supplier to design and perform DOEs to define process windows, characterize new requirements, and evaluate chemistries, technologies.
Compile, analyze, and interpret test data to establish process specifications.
Generate comprehensive technical reports for both internal and external teams.
Functional Knowledge
Demonstrate strong conceptual and practical expertise in plating/anodizing/electropolishing/ cleaning/ coating.
Experience in plating/anodizing/electropolishing/ cleaning/ coating processes will be advantageous.
Experience in supplier quality management will be advantageous.

Requirement
3-5 years experience in semiconductor industry
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science
