2025 Summer Internship – Investor Operations & Services

2025 Summer Internship

The Investor Operations and Services is expanding its team to support the firm’s strategic objectives related to fundraising and client experience. Our internship experience seeks to enrich your knowledge of our businesses and the industry at large. You will be challenged to explore, grow, and cultivate the skills necessary to succeed and make your way.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and project management support across the Investor Operations team
• Work closely with Relationship Management and Product Management teams to streamline and centralize processes across different groups including Operations, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Human Resources, Compliance, and Investment Groups
• Perform fund and investment level analyses to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
• Build strong network across the firm to facilitate strong collaboration with various business operations groups including Technology, Finance, Legal, Tax and Compliance
• Draft and update internal and external presentations and other ad hoc requests in support Global Client Solutions Leadership
• Work with the key stakeholders to identify, define, prioritize, and deliver on key projects and initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated, astute individual, with comfort in a fast-paced team environment. Successful candidates should also have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work comfortably in large data sets
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Comfort in multi-tasking and receiving direction/filtering requests from multiple sources, with ability to work independently and multi-task
• Team-oriented work ethic that includes a willingness to help others
• Ability to maintain confidential information in compliance with firm policies
• High integrity; personal, professional, and ethical standards
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Candidates for the 2025 Summer Internship Program:

• Are currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
• Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Have a track record of academic excellence and participation in campus activities

Duration: 10 weeks

Compensation: Paid Internship

Accommodations: Relocation Stipend

Compensation: Paid Internship - the total base salary (subject to change) is expected to be $75,000 (prorated over 10 weeks)
