Job Description
Ares Management is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join the firm’s Global Campus Recruiting team. The Campus Recruiter will report directly to the Senior New York Campus Recruiter. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for US Summer Intern and Analyst searches, across business groups and geographies.
Ares is a fast-paced, high growth and constantly evolving environment; to succeed, the Campus Recruiter will need flexible skills, including the ability to think strategically, complete tasks tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.

Primary functions and essential responsibilities
Campus Recruiting focuses on early identification of candidates in their academic career through internship and full-time opportunities out of university. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Sourcing high performing candidates through a variety of means, including virtual and on-campus events, advertising and resume databases
Collaborating closely with internal business stakeholders, to develop and/or design a customized recruitment approach
Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and completion of all administrative tasks, including updating recruitment databases, job descriptions, and the applicant tracking system, for their searches
Management of Campus Recruiting Operations and Reporting, including data management, candidate tracking, referral management and organization for the Campus Recruiting team, technology integration, and serve as the liaison for HR Technology workstreams
Serving as the primary point of contact between the Campus Recruiting team and HR Information Systems, Payroll, and Operations teams
Management of the intern onboarding process in Workday, ensuring all new hires are fully processed before their start date
Hosting and attending in-office and on-campus events to engage with potential candidates and promote the organization
Leveraging recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Serving as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Ares brand
Quickly acquiring an understanding of relevant Ares businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
Utilizing a consultative approach with clients and building strong relationships and influencing others. This individual must have a willingness to try new methodologies and approaches, in the spirit of innovation.
Having a pulse on and researching hiring trends and market intelligence, and leveraging recruiting knowledge to drive strategies, compile recruitment dashboards and presentations and influence key stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
Experience Required:
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Campus Recruitment within the Financial Services or Professional Services industry
Must possess strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences
Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Workday is strongly preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$120,000-$140,000
