Job Description
Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS) oversees the product development, distribution, marketing and client management activities of investment offerings for the global wealth management channel. Role Overview
Ares is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales Enablement and Technology Strategy team as a Sales Enablement and Training Senior Associate. This role is pivotal in driving adoption and mastery of sales technology platforms across our global distribution teams, while also playing a key role in advancing our AI strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical training expertise, sales enablement insight, and strategic thinking to empower our teams and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Training & Adoption
Design and deliver training programs for platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Allego, and AI tools.
Lead onboarding sessions and ongoing training for new features and updates.
Develop interactive learning materials (videos, documentation, modules) tailored to diverse roles and regions.
Track user adoption and proficiency, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
Sales Enablement Integration
Collaborate with Sales Enablement to align technology training with broader sales initiatives.
Translate platform updates into actionable training plans in partnership with agile development teams.
Serve as the primary contact for technology adoption strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
AI Strategy & Roadmap Execution
Support the rollout and training of AI-driven tools and agents across sales and support functions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify AI use cases and integrate them into the AI strategy and roadmap.
Monitor AI adoption metrics and provide feedback to refine the roadmap and strategy.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Maintain a repository of self-service training resources and FAQs.
Gather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
Analyze usage trends and drive engagement with underutilized tools.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technology training, sales enablement, or related roles.
Proven expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, Allego, and AI platforms (certifications preferred).
Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in measuring training effectiveness and user adoption.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$135,000 - $155,000
