As Managing Director, Head of Hyperscale Relationships and Leasing, you will serve as the senior commercial leader responsible for securing and expanding Ada Infrastructure’s partnerships with the world’s largest cloud and technology platforms. In this role, you will drive global hyperscale leasing strategy, lead complex multi‑megawatt transactions, and shape long‑term account roadmaps that directly influence Ada’s development pipeline and investor outcomes.
You will act as Ada’s executive interface with hyperscale customers – translating their growth plans, technical requirements, and regional priorities into actionable commercial strategies. Internally, you will partner closely with Ares and Ada leadership, investment professionals, development and delivery teams, and global investors to ensure each project is structured, executed, and delivered in line with underwriting assumptions and return objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, disciplined deal execution, and relationship leadership to deliver sustained, enterprise‑level value across Ada’s global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with global hyperscalers and other cloud and technology providers
- Develop, execute and maintain account planning and business review processes for all hyperscale customer opportunities globally
- Lead negotiations for new hyperscale lease transactions and renewals, managing deals end-to-end
- Develop customized proposals that present creative solutions to sell Ada’s global data center locations
- Partner closely with regional teams to ensure lease negotiations reflect on-the-ground market dynamics
- Partner with internal teams to align leasing structures with financial, operational, customer, and investor goals
- Provide leadership and oversight for regional revenue & product teams
- Work closely with development and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification, in addition to anticipating risks, resolving issues, and keeping complex projects on track
- Identify opportunities for expansions, renewals, and capital improvements to drive long-term value
- Provide market insights and deal updates that influence portfolio and growth strategies
- Represent the company externally with credibility and executive presence at customer and investor meetings
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, data centers, or technology infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record of executing large-scale leasing transactions and delivering major development projects
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to evaluate deal economics and project feasibility
- Experience with large scale development lifecycles and customer requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Collaborative leadership style with success in influencing cross-functional teams
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to close complex transactions and deliver on commitments

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
