Job Description
You will be a key member of Ares Wealth Management Solutions (AWMS), supporting client servicing and product management functions across Asia. Working closely with senior management within the Asia Wealth Management Solutions team, you will support a range of product initiatives and serve as a key point of contact for distributors to ensure product management and client servicing requirements are delivered to a high standard. You will also work with the Head of Client Services and Product Management Asia, as well as global teams, to help build and develop the Asia product platform that drives AWMS’s long‑term growth across APAC.
Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities
Partner with the Asia Head of Client Services and Product Management and distribution team members to support the management of the Asia wealth solutions platform, with a focus on local product management and after‑sales client servicing, contributing to AWMS’s long‑term growth in the region
Support the product onboarding process for Asia wealth distributors, acting as a key point of coordination and maintaining regular communication with distributors, as well as global AWMS and investment teams
Provide high‑quality client servicing support to Asia wealth distributors, assisting with investor queries and ensuring timely resolution in line with service standards
Assist in the development and management of project and product plans, including timelines and deliverables, and support regular status updates with distributor contacts to help manage expectations and address issues proactively
Prepare, update, and maintain fund due diligence materials on a periodic basis, and support the management of incoming RFPs and other ad‑hoc client or distributor requests
Support coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers, as required, to ensure smooth product operations and client servicing
Stay up to date with relevant industry and regulatory developments across Asia, sharing market knowledge and best practices with internal stakeholders to support product positioning and client engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field with strong academic credentials
Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing, product management within financial services
Prior exposure to Alternative Investments or Wealth Management environments is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred
Proactive self‑starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
High standards of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
