Position Summary


The Channel Marketing Associate will support the International AWMS Marketing team in executing high-impact marketing initiatives across EMEA and APAC. This role is designed for an early-career marketer who is detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to contribute to a broad range of marketing activities including events, product marketing, brand and product campaigns, client servicing and content development.
Operating in a highly dynamic environment, the Associate will work closely with senior marketers to help deliver integrated channel marketing programs that strengthen partner engagement, enhance investor experiences and support the execution of the region’s broader marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong organisational skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.


Essential Duties


Events Support

  • Support the planning, logistics and delivery of our international events, webinars, roadshows and partner activations across
  • international markets.
  • Management of event-related operational and accounting activities including budget & invoice tracking, vendor
  • onboarding, internal approval process and management of EMEA and APAC events schedules.

Product Marketing - Content Development & Version Management:

  • Support with the creation and ongoing maintenance of product marketing materials including fund webpages,
  • presentations, fact sheets, emails, videos and quarterly letters, while ensuring consistency of messaging and brand.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance, and where necessary, external counsel, to ensure all product marketing
  • materials meet local regulatory requirements.
  • Manage versioning and translations of all associated product materials, liaising directly with local agencies and local language
  • business partners to ensure accurate transcreation of messaging.
  • Support the International Marketing team with the development and delivery of product marketing launch campaigns and
  • strategic initiatives that align with core business objectives to build awareness, deepen relationships, ensure quality client
  • servicing and support sales to scale the AWMS platform in the region.


Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, digital advertising, content distribution and
  • partner-specific programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Digital, Compliance, Corporate Communications) to help
  • coordinate campaign assets and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track performance metrics and gather insights to inform campaign optimisation.


Operational Excellence

  • Support the team in preparing internal reports, dashboards and summaries that track marketing activity and highlight
  • impact.
  • Assist with compliance submissions, version control and internal reviews.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, templates and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing (financial services experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder-management and collaboration abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with Office tools - PowerPoint, Excel, is required. Experience with marketing and CRM platforms - CVENT, ON24,
  • Pardot, Salesforce, is a plus.
