Job Description

Who You’ll Work With

Arista is seeking an experienced NPI Materials Manager to drive material readiness and supplier execution for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, with a primary focus on Liquid Cooling and Cold Plate technologies.

This role will partner closely with Engineering, Commodity Management, Contract Manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure critical materials are available to support prototype builds, qualification activities, production ramps, and product launches. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has strong supplier management and supply chain execution skills.

What You'll Do

    • Serve as the primary NPI point of contact to drive Cold Plate and liquid-cooling material readiness across all NPI programs.
    • Own material readiness for assigned NPI programs from prototype through production launch.
    • Manage supplier commitments, delivery schedules, capacity constraints, and material escalations.
    • Drive procurement strategies to support NPI builds, qualification activities, and production ramps.
    • Monitor long lead-time materials and proactively identify supply risks.
    • Partner with Engineering, Commodity Management, Program Management, and Contract Manufacturers to resolve material issues.
    • Coordinate supplier recovery plans and escalation activities when delivery commitments are at risk.
    • Support supplier readiness reviews, build planning, and launch execution.
    • Track and communicate key material risks, shortages, and recovery plans to leadership.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve material readiness and supply chain execution.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, or NPI Operations.
    • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, supplier management, and material procurement processes.
    • Experience managing supplier escalations and driving issue resolution.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting liquid-cooled products, thermal solutions, Cold Plates, or complex mechanical assemblies.
    • Experience working with global suppliers and Contract Manufacturers throughout Asia.
    • Knowledge of MRP, and PLM systems.
    • Experience supporting high-volume production ramps and complex supply chains.
