We are seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our team, where you'll get to focus on a wide range of MEP projects. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for various sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education, and transportation. As a key member of our team, you’ll apply your expertise to create effective, sustainable solutions while collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
The Opportunity
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions for major projects, including commercial buildings, hospitals, transport hubs, and more.
- Oversee the development of electrical system designs, including power distribution, lighting, building automation, and energy efficiency solutions, ensuring the highest standards of performance and sustainability.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their vision is translated into innovative, practical, and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and support on complex technical challenges while fostering professional growth and development.
- Play a key role in business development, contributing to winning new projects and driving growth within the MEP space.

Is this role right for you?
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with extensive experience in a consulting environment.
- Proven experience leading large-scale MEP projects, with strong knowledge of electrical engineering systems and their integration within broader building services.
- Strong technical expertise in power distribution, lighting, building management systems, and sustainable energy solutions for a variety of sectors.
- A track record of leadership in project delivery, client management, and team development.
- Proficiency in relevant design and modeling software, with an ability to oversee complex technical solutions and ensure delivery to the highest standards.
