The Opportunity
As a Student Assistant to the Management Team, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic and operational activities that drive the success of Arup Denmark. You will work closely with senior leaders, contributing to projects and initiatives that span business development, organisational planning, and internal communications.
As a student assistant to the management team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the Management Team in day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives.
Coordinating and documenting management meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Assisting with the analysis of market trends, business performance, and organisational development.
Preparing and reviewing presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences.
Helping to implement and communicate Arup’s values, culture, and inclusion initiatives across the Group.
Collaborating with leaders from various teams (Finance & Commercial, Business Development, Operational Management) to support cross-functional projects.
Contributing to the planning and organisation of Group-level meetings and events.
Supporting the adoption of digital tools and processes to enhance team effectiveness.

Are on your 1st or 2nd semester of your master's degree.
Have good communications skills, verbally and written in English and Danish or any other Scandinavian language.
Are organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Enjoy working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
Eager to learn about the workings of a leading consultancy and contribute to its ongoing success.
