The Opportunity
As a Civil Designer, you will join multidisciplinary teams delivering major water and infrastructure programs across India and the Middle East, leading technical production, BIM coordination, and discipline model ownership in Civil 3D. You will set modelling strategies, mentor peers, and ensure rigorous, standards-compliant deliverables, producing first-time-right design packages with coordinated plan/profile sets, 3D surfaces, corridors, pipe networks, and grading models free of clashes. With advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and BIM platforms, you will maintain trusted discipline ownership through stable data structures, clear naming conventions, and auditable model histories, while delivering build-ready documentation and as-built updates that preserve fidelity and traceability. Your role will also uplift team capability through best-practice mentoring and reusable standards and drive seamless BIM integration with managers and digital engineering teams to ensure federated, clash-free, and compliant models from concept through handover.
If you have some or all of these skills and experience, and a willingness and passion to work in our team, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
As Civil Designer, you will lead civil design for water, wastewater, stormwater, grading, platforms, and utilities, translating engineering intent into coordinated 3D/BIM models and deliverables. You’ll chair model reviews, set strategies for surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks, and act as the discipline’s BIM coordination lead. Responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, integrating survey and GIS data, enforcing CAD/BIM standards, running QA/QC checks, and producing build‑ready documentation. With advanced Civil 3D and BIM expertise, you’ll drive innovation through automation, templates, and workflows, ensuring federated, clash‑free, ISO‑compliant models delivered to schedule.
